We do not offer returns nor refunds. All orders are final.

We are not responsible for items that may arrived damaged, all items leave us in great condition and it is the responsibility of the courier to make sure your package arrives safe and undamaged. 

Regular Items Shipping:

Understand that processing time is 1-4 days & Shipping is Usually 3-5 days when USPS isn’t backed up.

Custom made items (necklaces & earrings) takes up to 2 weeks to arrive. It may also run into 2 1/2 weeks depending on the manufacturer.

Extra Info:

Please, I ask that you enter your correct address. If you’ve entered the wrong address please alert me within 5 minutes. After that, if your package is sent back to me because of the wrong address you will have to pay for another shipping label and additional $1.25 for my time. 

• If you’ve checked out, and you use the wrong card. I will not refund you your money.

• Please, Understand I do my best to get all orders out. I care about my customers needs.
